Fatstock Farm BBQ & Campout! Saturday, May 17th
We are having our first spring event on Saturday, May 17th starting around 4pm. We will be roasting one of our delicious pigs, butchered and prepared by one of my best buddies, Paul Servideo. Who I worked with at Stone barns, is currently apprenticing at Fleisher's butcher shop in Brooklyn.
We will be slow roasting shoulders and porchetta and grilling freshly made sausage! There will be coleslaw, roasted veggies, bread and greens as sides and a few kegs of delicious local suds to wash it all down.
